SISTERHOOD

For Women Who Run Shit

A Monthly Women In Leadership Circle

There's something powerful that happens when women leaders get in a room together — especially when the room isn't performative, isn't competitive, and isn't built for networking. It's built for us.

The Women in Leadership Circle is a monthly, in-person gathering for high-achieving women navigating the real, messy, brilliant realities of leadership and mid-life noise and transitions. Part roundtable, part sisterhood, part living-room-with-my-girls energy. 100% a space where you can show up as your full self.

No titles. No ego. No agenda to sell anything. Just a collective of women who run shit in their companies, their organizations, their careers, and their lives — and deserve a place that supports them as they do it.

What This Space Is

  • A safe, inclusive, diverse circle for real leadership and life conversations

  • A place to be seen, supported, and understood by women who get it

  • A monthly pause from the chaos — growth, clarity, connection

  • A living-room-style gathering: warm, real, grounded, human

  • Roundtable discussion, guided topics, the occasional guest speaker

  • Honesty, mutual support, no-BS conversation

What This Space Is NOT

  • A networking event

  • A "look how accomplished I am" room

  • A place to push an agenda or pitch yourself

  • A space to perform

✨ This circle is about leading together, not competing. ✨ It’s about the power of women supporting women. ✨ It’s about building the table we want to gather around.

YOUR SPACE AT THE TABLE

You've been the woman holding it all together. Imagine a room where you don't have to.

No performing. No proving. No shrinking. Just real, vulnerable conversation with women who get the weight of leading, the noise of mid-life, and seeking the quiet work of coming home to yourself. If something in you just exhaled reading this, then that's your yes.

The next step is a short interview chat with me. A chance for us to meet, hear what you're navigating, and feel into whether this circle is the right room for you.
